Booking Policy
- A provisional reservation is held for seven days pending receipt of deposit (non refundable deposit)
- Deposit due within seven working days (Cheque only)
- Deposit is non refundable
- Full payment is due 28 days prior to the allocated holiday date. (cheque only)
- Additional £25.00 returnable deposit for breakages/damages ( Sent with balance and returned within 5 days of holiday departure)
- If a booking is short notice i.e, 2 weeks prior to desired holiday date, a non refundable deposit is to be sent immediately to hold accomodation and full ammount of the balance to be paid on arrival only.
- Payment methods , sorry cheque or cash only.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposit is non refundable
- If holiday is cancelled two weeks prior to the booked holiday date, 30% of the balance will be charged.
- We would advise you to take out holiday insurance.
Other Policies
- Non Smokers Establishment.
- Sorry, no pets.
- Visitors are reminded that proprietors of the B&B will not hold themselves liable for loss or damage to any articles of value , cash, money or jewellery.
- Maintenance or equipment failure should be reported immediately to the proprietors who will take necessary action to ensure your comfort.
